Our Story

John has worked in construction for 36 years, including residential building and historic renovation work across Virginia and the Low Country. He leads construction management in the field and maintains the day-to-day relationships that keep work moving.
Michelle brings 30 years of construction and design experience across Virginia, Maryland,DC & the Low Country in residential and commercial projects, tile and stone, selections, permitting, contract preparation, invoicing, scheduling, vendor meetings, and client follow-up.
Together, they offer clients one closely involved team from the earliest conversation through the last detail-grounded in consistency, trust, honesty, and long-standing relationships.
